Hi ladies, My nipples, especially my left one ...

Hi ladies, My nipples, especially my left one are pretty tender and sore at the moment.. Theyre fine once DDs on, but trying to get her on is getting a little scary :( I only want to use a shield as a last resort, as I was using one on my left side up until a few days ago as my nipple is slightly flat, but lately shes been able to feed without it, so I want to continue that. Ive been using Lansinoh too. Is there anything else I can do to soothe or fix them?
